Externally this amazing house boasts a tennis court and swimming pool. Internally it was a tired 50's style solid brick house. The client wanted to modernize the inside without any structural alteration. This project also required refurnishing of the house.

outcome
All wet areas were totally refurbished incorporating all modern tiles, tapwear and joinery. The staircase was redesigned.
A textured feature wall was painted to balance the magnificent outdoors area to the internal areas.
